# Ramp Bill Pay export to dashboard

Upload the file you already download from Ramp. Every Number reads it with no setup, picks a screen, and puts a receipt on every number.

> The question behind this file
>
> Which bills are due or scheduled this week, for how much, and to which vendors?

What you get

## What's late

Items past their due date, latest first.

Due date marks when each bill is due, so it leads with what's late.

You can switch it to Money over time, This period vs last, Breakdown, Key numbers under “How it's read”.

Click any number for its receipt: the rule, the rows it used, and the rows it left out.

## Getting the file

1. ### Download it from Ramp
In Ramp, go to Bill Pay > Paid and click the download icon. Admins and Owners can add fields under Export settings; otherwise the CSV has the columns shown in the table. Large files are emailed instead of downloaded.
   [Ramp's guide](https://support.ramp.com/exporting-your-data-to-csv/)
2. ### Know what a row is
One row is one bill (optionally one row per accounting line item).
3. ### Upload it as it is
No cleanup first. Title rows, totals rows and repeated headers are skipped and listed in each receipt.

**The 15 columns we tested with, from Ramp's documentation**

Accounting Activity Codes · Vendor · Status · Bill amount · Payment scheduled date · Due date · Invoice date · Invoice number · Entity · Accounting Category · Accounting Project ID · Accounting Billable · Accounting Class · Accounting Department · Description

## How we know

In our [reading test](https://everynumber.app/exports) (updated Oct 28, 2026), this file got What's late, the screen that answers the question above. The column names are Ramp's; the rows were generated to fit them, since we don't have your file. Your export may have more or fewer columns, and Every Number shows how it read each one before you build.
