# Skedda bookings export to dashboard

Upload the file you already download from Skedda. Every Number reads it with no setup, picks a screen, and puts a receipt on every number.

> The question behind this file
>
> How busy was each space this month, how much was paid, and how many bookings never checked in?

What you get

## This period vs last

This period next to the last one.

Created dates each booking, so it puts this period next to the last one and shows Seen on-site.

You can switch it to Breakdown, Key numbers under “How it's read”.

Click any number for its receipt: the rule, the rows it used, and the rows it left out.

## Getting the file

1. ### Download it from Skedda
In Skedda, click the List View and set the dates and filters. Open the dropdown menu to the right of the Filters button, choose Export, and pick XLSX or CSV. List view reporting is for System users.
   [Skedda's guide](https://support.skedda.com/en/articles/105786-export-or-print-booking-data)
2. ### Know what a row is
One row is one booking (can cover several spaces).
3. ### Upload it as it is
No cleanup first. Title rows, totals rows and repeated headers are skipped and listed in each receipt.

**The 19 columns we tested with, from Skedda's documentation**

Scheduled start · End · Duration (minutes) · Spaces count · Type · Title · Price · Payment Status · Holder first name · Holder last name · Holder organization · Holder telephone · Holder email · Holder tags · Created · Gateway charge reference · Spaces · Seen on-site · Assigned space

## How we know

In our [reading test](https://everynumber.app/exports) (updated Oct 28, 2026), this file got This period vs last, the screen that answers the question above. The column names are Skedda's; the rows were generated to fit them, since we don't have your file. Your export may have more or fewer columns, and Every Number shows how it read each one before you build.
