# Tito attendees export to dashboard

Upload the file you already download from Tito. Every Number reads it with no setup, picks a screen, and puts a receipt on every number.

> The question behind this file
>
> How many valid tickets per ticket type and event do we have this week, and how many used a discount?

What you get

## This period vs last

This period next to the last one.

Ticket Created Date dates each attendee, so it puts this period next to the last one.

You can switch it to Breakdown, Key numbers under “How it's read”.

Click any number for its receipt: the rule, the rows it used, and the rows it left out.

## Getting the file

1. ### Download it from Tito
In Tito, click your account name in the breadcrumb at the top of an event, then click the Exports tab. Choose the Attendees Plus export as a CSV or Excel file. You can download a year's worth of data at a time.
   [Tito's guide](https://help.tito.io/en/articles/9740867-can-i-export-attendees-from-all-events-at-once)
2. ### Know what a row is
One row is one ticket (a buyer with several tickets appears several times).
3. ### Upload it as it is
No cleanup first. Title rows, totals rows and repeated headers are skipped and listed in each receipt.

**The 31 columns we tested with, from Tito's documentation**

Number · Ticket Created Date · Ticket Last Updated Date · Ticket type · Ticket Full Name · Ticket First Name · Ticket Last Name · Ticket Email · Ticket Company Name · Ticket Phone Number · Event · Event Date · Event Location · Void Status · Price · Discount Status · Ticket Reference · Tags · Unique Ticket URL · Unique Order URL · Order Reference · Order Name · Order Email · Order Company Name · Order Phone Number · Order Discount Code · Order IP · Order Created Date · Order Completed Date · Payment Reference Source · Notes

## How we know

In our [reading test](https://everynumber.app/exports) (updated Oct 28, 2026), this file got This period vs last, the screen that answers the question above. The column names are Tito's; the rows were generated to fit them, since we don't have your file. Your export may have more or fewer columns, and Every Number shows how it read each one before you build.
