# Yotpo reviews export to dashboard

Upload the file you already download from Yotpo Reviews. Every Number reads it with no setup, picks a screen, and puts a receipt on every number.

## Ratings

How answers spread across the scale.

Review Score and Sentiment Score are ratings, so it shows how the scores spread.

You can switch it to This period vs last, Breakdown, Key numbers under “How it's read”.

Click any number for its receipt: the rule, the rows it used, and the rows it left out.

## Getting the file

1. ### Download it from Yotpo Reviews
   In Yotpo Reviews, go to Manage > Reviews, optionally filter the reviews, and click Export in the upper-right corner. Yotpo emails a download link for the CSV to the address on your account, which can take up to 1 hour.

2. ### Know what a row is
   One row is one review (a review saved as both product and site review appears twice).
3. ### Upload it as it is
   No cleanup first. Title rows, totals rows and repeated headers are skipped and listed in each receipt.
