Every Number is for program leads, chiefs of staff, operations managers, and agencies. People who answer for the numbers, without a data team.

## For people who report numbers without a data team.

Why Every Number

- Receipts on every number
- Messy sheets, handled
- Definitions that don't drift
- Stale data, flagged

Receipts on every number

Active clients October · Sample data

**Definition**

Clients with a paid invoice in the last 90 days

**Source**

invoices.xlsx · 1,284 rows

**Filters**

Status is not “Test”

**Left out**

14 rows: 3 subtotals, 9 blank amounts, 2 duplicates

**Version**

v2, since Oct 9

**Data through**

Oct 15

### Click a number. See where it came from.

Every number links to its definition, the filters applied, the rows left out, and the rows behind it. Two people asking the same question get the same answer.

Messy sheets, handled

Paid revenue $579.75 4 orders, Sep 2–4 · Sample data

Order Date Amount

#1041 Sep 02 $84.00

#1042 Sep 02 $129.50

#1044 Sep 03 $56.25

#1045 Sep 04 $310.00

Left out · 3 rows

- Subtotal Subtotal row
- #1043 Blank amount
- #1044 Duplicate

### Totals rows and blanks don't sneak in.

Real spreadsheets have subtotal rows, blank amounts, duplicates, and mixed date formats. We leave them out and list every row we left out, so nothing disappears quietly.

Definitions that don't drift

Active clients 128

Definition

Clients with a paid invoice in the last 90 days

1. v1 Jul 2 Created: any invoice counts
2. v2 Oct 9 Paid invoices only · 18 fewer clients

Sample data

### When a definition changes, you can see it.

If “active client” changes from any invoice to a paid invoice, the number is recalculated and the change is written down with its date and its effect.

Stale data, flagged

Pipeline value Stale

$482k Data through Oct 5 · 10 days old

This number is older than its schedule. It says so instead of looking current.

### Know when a number is out of date.

Every number shows the date its data runs through. When a sheet hasn't been updated on schedule, the number says so instead of looking current.

## How we build it

Four steps from the decision you make to numbers you can check.

[The full walkthrough](https://everynumber.app/how-it-works)

1. 1
   ### Tell us the decision
Who reads the dashboard, and what they decide with it. We ask on a 15-minute call.
2. 2
   ### We propose 5–7 metrics
Each one with a plain-English definition you approve before we build.
3. 3
   ### We build it from your sheet
We clean what needs cleaning and list every row we leave out.
4. 4
   ### Every number gets a receipt
Definition, filters, rows, source, and the date the data runs through.

## Your spreadsheet stays yours.

Four promises for every pilot. They're in our privacy policy too.

[Privacy policy](https://everynumber.app/privacy)

- **Only for your dashboard.** We never use it to train AI.
- **AI never sees your rows.** Only your column names and your goal, to suggest metrics.
- **Deleted after 30 days.** We delete our copy after the pilot, unless you keep using Every Number.
- **Seen by one person.** The person building your dashboard.

## Built for the people who report the numbers

### For program and PMO leads

Portfolio status that explains itself. Every green, amber, and red links to the update behind it.

## Try it on one spreadsheet

We build the dashboard for you. You see if every number holds up.

1. **1** **Apply**
Tell us what you report. Two minutes.
2. **2** **Talk for 15 minutes**
Who reads the dashboard and what they decide.
3. **3** **Send one spreadsheet**
By email or a shared link. Nothing to pay.
4. **4** **Get your dashboard**
In 5 business days, every number with its receipt.
5. **5** **Use it free for 7 days**
Keep it for $99, credited at launch, or pay nothing.

## What every pilot includes

- **A 15-minute call** To agree on who reads it and what they decide.
- **5–7 metrics** Chosen with you, not a wall of charts.
- **A definition for each** In plain English, approved by you.
- **A receipt behind every number** Filters, rows, and source, one click away.
- **Every left-out row, listed** Totals rows, blanks, and duplicates, with the reason.
- **The date your data runs through** On every number, so old data can't pass as current.
- **Ready in 5 business days** After the call and your spreadsheet.
- **Free for 7 days** Then $99 if you keep it, credited at launch.

## Questions

Something else? [Ask us](https://everynumber.app/contact)

**Does the AI make up numbers?**

No. The AI suggests what to measure. A database engine calculates every number, and each one links to the rows behind it.

**What do I get in the pilot?**

A dashboard of five to seven metrics built from your spreadsheet, each with its receipt.

**What do I need to send?**

One spreadsheet, by email or a shared link. A copy is fine: Excel, Google Sheets, or CSV.

**Is a messy spreadsheet okay?**

That's the normal case. We detect merged headers, totals rows, and mixed date formats, and ask when something is unclear.

**What if you can't build it?**

You pay nothing.

**When do I pay?**

Only if you keep it after 7 days. Applying is free.

**Who sees my file?**

One person: the person building your dashboard. We delete it 30 days after the pilot unless you keep using Every Number.

**Do you train AI on my data?**

No. Your spreadsheet is used only to build your dashboard. To suggest metrics, we send only your column names and your goal to Anthropic's API, never the rows. Anthropic doesn't use API data to train its models.

**Where is my data stored?**

Your application is stored on Amazon Web Services in Seoul, South Korea. Your spreadsheet stays in our email inbox or in the link you shared, plus the work computer of the person building your dashboard. We delete our copy 30 days after the pilot.

**When can I use it myself?**

Now. Anyone can create an account, and a team you start on your own is free for its first 30 days, no card needed. Payment isn't open yet. The planned prices are $29 a month for Solo and $99 a month for Team, up to 5 people.
