## From application to dashboard

   We book a 15-minute call: who reads the dashboard and what they decide.
3. After the call

   If your spreadsheet fits, we send a PayPal invoice: pay by card or PayPal. You send one spreadsheet by email or a shared link.

**How long does the pilot take?**

Five business days after we have both your payment and your spreadsheet.

**What do I need to send?**

One spreadsheet, by email or a shared link. A copy is fine: Excel, Google Sheets, or CSV.

**Can I send more than one spreadsheet?**

The pilot covers one spreadsheet. If your numbers live in several files, tell us on the call.

**When do I pay?**

After the 15-minute call, through a PayPal invoice. You can pay by card or with a PayPal account. Applying is free.

**What if you can't build it?**

You get your $99 back.

**Can I cancel?**

Yes. If you cancel before we start building, we refund the full $99.

**What happens to the $99 at launch?**

It counts toward your first month of a paid plan.

**Does the AI make up numbers?**

No. The AI suggests what to measure. A database engine calculates every number, and each one links to the rows behind it.

**Who sees my file?**

One person: the person building your dashboard. We delete it 30 days after the pilot unless you keep using Every Number.

**Do you train AI on my data?**

No. Your spreadsheet is used only to build your dashboard. To suggest metrics, we send only your column names and your goal to Anthropic's API, never the rows. Anthropic doesn't use API data to train its models.

**What do the monthly plans cost?**

Solo is $29 a month for one person. Team is $99 a month for up to 5 people. A team you start on your own is free for its first 30 days, and payment isn't open yet.
