# AgencyAnalytics alternatives for small agencies: cost at 3, 10 and 25 clients (2026)

AgencyAnalytics prices by the client. That's easy to explain at your third client and harder at your fifteenth, because every new retainer raises the reporting bill. Other tools count dashboards, data sources, connected accounts or people, and how a vendor counts decides what you pay.

For agencies without a data person, this guide prices AgencyAnalytics and 7 alternatives at 3, 10 and 25 clients, from official pricing pages as of October 29, 2026. It ends with the question every agency gets: why doesn't this match my ad account?

## What does AgencyAnalytics cost as your client list grows?

AgencyAnalytics has one core plan: $20 per client per month, billed yearly (the page says yearly billing saves 20%). A client is one business relationship you manage, and each gets unlimited data sources, reports and dashboards. Staff accounts are unlimited, and a white-labeled client portal and 90+ marketing integrations are included. There's a 14-day free trial with no card and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

So 3 clients cost $60 a month, 10 cost $200, and 25 cost $500. From 25 clients, sales offers discounted per-client pricing, without published figures.

Per-client pricing suits agencies whose clients run many ad and SEO accounts. It's less suited when small retainers cost as much to report on as large ones, or when your 3 clients need a monthly report, not alerts, forecasting and AI insights.

## Why do agencies look for an AgencyAnalytics alternative?

- **The bill follows the client list.** Each new client adds $20 a month, whatever the retainer.
- **The numbers live in a spreadsheet.** The Google Sheets integration has a 2,500-row limit, needs a date column titled Date for date filtering, and doesn't support Excel files uploaded to Google Drive.
- **The tool isn't one of the 90+ integrations.** A client's CRM or booking system may reach you only as an export file, and that file still has to get into the report somehow.
- **A client asks why a number doesn't match.** You need to show which rows were counted and which were left out.

## What do the alternatives cost at 3, 10 and 25 clients?

The table uses one hypothetical agency: each client has 3 connected accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads and GA4) and 1 dashboard. Prices are monthly, in US dollars, billed yearly unless noted, from official pricing pages as of October 29, 2026.

| Option | How it counts | 3 clients | 10 clients | 25 clients |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| AgencyAnalytics | Clients | $60 | $200 | $500 or quote |
| DashThis | Dashboards | $44 | $139 | $279 |
| Swydo | Sources, monthly | $69 | $159 | $361.50 |
| Whatagraph Max | Credits | From $812 | From $812 | Ask sales |
| Databox Agency | Account packs | $79 | $199 | $499 |
| Klipfolio Klips | Client tiers | $160 | $240 | $440 |
| Data Studio + Coupler.io | Accounts | $24 | $99 | $199 |
| Every Number | People, planned | $29 or $99 | $29 or $99 | $29 or $99 |

Change one assumption and the order changes. At 6 accounts per client, 10 clients cost $294 on Swydo, $279 on DashThis (Business, for its 100 sources) and $239 on Databox (8 packs), while AgencyAnalytics stays at $200. Per-client pricing favors clients with many accounts, per-source pricing those with few.

### DashThis counts dashboards

A dashboard is one marketing report, so with one per client, the plan tracks your client list: Individual is $44 a month billed yearly for 3 dashboards and 15 sources, Professional $139 for 10 and 40, and Business $279 for 25 and 100. Users are unlimited. The pricing page shows white label on every plan, but DashThis's sales FAQ says it starts on Professional. Its Google Sheets import reads up to 50,000 rows and 52 columns, but not Excel files.

### Swydo counts data sources

Swydo has one plan and charges by data source, not by client: every account you connect counts as one. In US dollars, the entry fee is $69 a month with 10 data sources, and sources 11 to 100 cost $4.50 each. Clients, users and reports are unlimited, white-labeling is included, and Google Sheets brings in custom data. Yearly billing saves 10%, but the page's US-dollar figures are the monthly fee and per-source rates, so the table uses those.

### Whatagraph counts credits

Both Whatagraph plans start with a demo. Max is from $812 a month billed annually for 50 credits (1 per connected source), unlimited users and reports, and white-label reports. At 3 sources per client, that covers 16 clients. Extra credits aren't priced on the page, and Prime is custom. With 3 clients, you'd still pay for 50 credits.

### Databox Agency counts accounts and data sources

Databox Agency is $79 a month billed yearly with unlimited users. Its plan builder starts at 4 accounts and 20 data sources, and each $20-a-month pack adds 1 account and 5 data sources. An account can be a client, and each dataset, account, property or view counts as a data source. With one account per client, 10 clients need 6 packs and 25 need 21. White-labeling is an $80-a-month add-on. The FAQ quotes $99 and $25, and a 20% yearly discount that matches the lower figures.

### Klipfolio counts clients and dashboards

Klipfolio sells Klips to agencies as partner plans with unlimited users. Starter is $160 a month billed annually for 5 clients and 5 dashboards with a 4-hour refresh, Lite is $240 for 15 of each, and Pro is $440 for 30 of each. The White-Label Bundle is included from Pro, or $299 a month below it.

### Data Studio with Coupler.io counts connected accounts

Data Studio (called Looker Studio until April 2026) has a no-cost version, and Google's connectors for Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Sheets are free. Partner connectors may cost money. In the table, Meta Ads comes through Coupler.io, which counts each connected data source as an account: Starter is $24 a month billed yearly for 1 user and 3 accounts with a daily refresh, Active is $99 for 15, and Pro is $199 for 50. Supermetrics starts at $39 a month billed yearly but allows 2 accounts per data source, so 3 clients' Meta accounts need Growth at $159. Either way, you build every report yourself.

## How do you answer "why doesn't this match my ad account?"

Say your October report for a client shows 152 leads, and the client's ad account shows 171. The lead export has 171 rows, one per form submission, and your report left out 19: 11 from a test campaign your team ran, 6 repeats from the same email, and 2 with every field blank. The answer is simple. Showing it depends on the tool.

- **Connector tools** such as AgencyAnalytics, DashThis, Swydo, Whatagraph and Databox. A lead count pulled from the ad platform would read 171. If your 152 comes from a Google Sheet you cleaned, the rules that dropped 19 rows live in that sheet, so you open it, filter for the test campaign, repeats and blanks, and send a screenshot.
- **Data Studio with a connector.** Coupler.io can land the rows in a Google Sheet you can filter. In the report, Show underlying data, which Google documents from the editor, displays the dimensions and metrics a chart used: what was counted, not what a filter left out.
- **Every Number.** If your definition leaves out test campaigns, repeats and blank rows, click 152 and its receipt shows the definition, the filters, the 152 rows used, the 19 left out with a reason for each, the source file, and the date the data runs through.

Settings such as attribution windows and time zones cause mismatches too, and our [agency client reporting guide](/resources/agency-client-reporting) covers them.

## Where does Every Number fit?

Every Number, which publishes this guide, fits agencies whose clients send exports or spreadsheets, and agencies that must show a client exactly which rows were counted and which were left out. You upload the export (Excel or CSV, up to 10 MB). Fixed rules, not AI, lay out the first screen from your columns, and a database counts every number. Every number opens its receipt, and read-only share links can carry an end date. See the [agency use case](/use-cases/agencies) and the [export guides](/exports) for 38 common tools.

Drop a client's file at [everynumber.app/try](/try) with no account and see a dashboard in seconds; unless you save it, it's deleted after 24 hours. Teams that sign up are free for 30 days, with no card. Planned prices are $29 a month for Solo (one person) and $99 for Team (up to 5 people), and nothing is billed yet. The [$99 pilot](/pilot) delivers a dashboard built by a person in 5 business days.

It's not a fit if you need a white-label client portal or live connectors to 90+ marketing platforms. It doesn't pull data on a schedule, so each report means a fresh upload. And it's new: the app opened to everyone on October 25, 2026, with no customers to quote and no certifications such as SOC 2.
