# Coefficient alternatives for ops and finance teams without a data team (2026)

You installed Coefficient so a Salesforce or HubSpot report would land in your spreadsheet. Then a second person needed to edit the import, the Free plan's manual refresh and 5,000-row cap got in the way, or the source you needed was a premium one that only Enterprise includes.

Before you compare tools, answer one question: does the data need to be pulled into a sheet on a schedule, or is a weekly export enough? This guide compares 7 options for ops, RevOps and finance teams without a data person, using official pages as of October 29, 2026.

## Do you need a connector or a weekly export?

A connector keeps a copy of your CRM data in a spreadsheet and refreshes it on a schedule. An export is a file that holds the data as of one moment.

- **You need a connector** if people work in the sheet during the week, other tabs depend on the imported range, or a number must be current to the day or hour.
- **A weekly export is enough** if the numbers feed a weekly review or a monthly close, and the report already exists in your CRM.
- **You can use both.** A connector fills the working sheet, and a weekly snapshot is what the meeting reads.

Say your Monday review covers 1,137 open opportunities as of Friday evening. One export covers it, and an hourly refresh only helps if someone looks between meetings.

## What does Coefficient cost in 2026?

Coefficient is an add-on for Google Sheets and Excel that pulls data from systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite and QuickBooks. Prices as of October 29, 2026; the page says paying yearly saves 17%.

| Plan | Price, yearly | People | Sources | Refresh, rows |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 1 | 3 standard | Manual, 5,000 |
| Starter | $49/mo ($59 monthly) | 1 | 3 standard | Daily, 5,000 |
| Pro | $99/user/mo ($119 monthly) | Up to 5 | 6 standard | Hourly, unlimited |
| Enterprise | Contact sales | Custom | Standard, premium | Hourly, unlimited |

- **A second builder means Pro.** Coefficient says organizations with more than one user must join Pro, which is billed per user, up to 5.
- **Readers don't need a license.** Teammates without one can see the data in a sheet you share, but can't edit imports or schedule refreshes.
- **Premium sources need Enterprise.** They include Snowflake, BigQuery, SQL Server, NetSuite and Sage Intacct.

## How do the 7 alternatives compare?

Starting prices are from each official page as of October 29, 2026, in US dollars.

| Option | Starting price | How data arrives | Refresh |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coupler.io | Free; Starter $24/mo yearly | Into Sheets, Excel and more | Manual to every 15 min |
| Supermetrics | Starter from $39/mo yearly | Into Sheets, Excel and more | Weekly to hourly |
| Google's Salesforce add-on | Free of charge | Salesforce into Sheets | Every 4, 8 or 24 hours |
| HubSpot report emails | Included in all plans | CSV or Excel by email | Daily, weekly or monthly |
| Zapier | Free; Professional $19.99/mo yearly | One row per new record | 15-min to 1-min checks |
| Excel Power Query | Built into Excel | Files, Salesforce on some editions | When you refresh |
| Every Number | Free to try; Solo $29/mo planned | Excel or CSV exports | When you upload |

## What would 4 people pay for one CRM report?

Here is a hypothetical. Say 4 people in RevOps and finance share one Google Sheet built on a Salesforce pipeline report, and each edits or refreshes the import. Billed yearly, as of October 29, 2026:

- **Coefficient:** 4 people need Pro. 4 times $99 is $396 a month ($476 billed monthly, at $119 each).
- **Coupler.io:** Active has unlimited users at a flat $99 a month.
- **Google's Salesforce add-on:** $0. Each person signs in with a Salesforce username and password.
- **Supermetrics:** no listed price; Salesforce is a premium source sold through sales.
- **Every Number:** Team is planned at $99 a month for up to 5 people, with nothing billed yet. One person uploads the weekly export.

Now say only 1 person builds and refreshes the import, and 3 just read the sheet. Readers don't need a Coefficient license, so Starter at $49 a month may cover it. Against 4 Pro seats, that saves $347 a month ($396 minus $49), or $4,164 a year. Coupler.io Starter would be $24 a month. Count builders, not readers.

## Which connector fits if you need a scheduled refresh?

**Coupler.io** moves data from more than 400 sources, including Salesforce, HubSpot and QuickBooks, into Google Sheets, Excel and other destinations. Free is 1 source, manual refresh and 100 rows per run. Starter is $24 a month billed yearly ($32 monthly) for 1 user, a daily refresh and 5,000 rows per run. Active, $99 a month billed yearly, adds unlimited users, and hourly refresh starts on Pro at $199 a month. It's good for a team that wants one flat price.

**Supermetrics** calls itself a marketing intelligence platform. Starter is from $39 a month billed yearly ($49 monthly) for 1 user, 2 data sources and 1 destination, such as Google Sheets or Excel. Growth is from $159 a month billed yearly for 2 users and 7 sources. Your plan sets whether Google Sheets refreshes run weekly, daily or hourly. Salesforce, and HubSpot with unlimited contacts, are premium sources sold separately. It's good for ad and analytics data, less so when Salesforce is your main source.

**Zapier** works one record at a time: a Zap can watch for a new record in Salesforce or a new deal in HubSpot and add a row in Google Sheets. Free includes 100 tasks a month, two-step Zaps and 15-minute polling. Professional starts at $19.99 a month billed yearly for one user, and Team at $69 a month billed yearly for up to 25 users. It's good for a running log of new deals, less so for refreshing a whole report.

## What can you do without a paid connector?

**Google's Salesforce add-on** for Sheets, listed as Salesforce Connector in the Google Workspace Marketplace, is free of charge. It brings in a Salesforce report, or imports data with a query builder or SOQL from up to 5 source objects, and refreshes by hand or every 4, 8 or 24 hours. It can also send edits back to Salesforce and delete records, which Google's help says to use with caution. It's good for Salesforce teams that work in Google Sheets.

**HubSpot** lets every plan export a report as a CSV or Excel file and schedule recurring report emails daily, weekly or monthly. Without an attached data file, you get a picture of the report. Only single object, event-based and customer journey reports can be sent as files, and recurring emails go only to HubSpot users. On Professional and Enterprise plans, a workflow can also add a row to a Google Sheet. It's good for a weekly snapshot that arrives on its own.

**Excel Power Query**, also called Get & Transform, is built into Excel 2016 and later on Windows and into Microsoft 365. Microsoft lists its Salesforce connectors for Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise and the Professional Plus editions of Office 2016 and 2019, not for the Home, Personal, Business or Business Premium plans. On a Mac, it needs Microsoft 365 and imports files such as CSV, Excel, XML and JSON, but not Salesforce. It's good for cleaning the same weekly export the same way every time.

## Where does Every Number fit?

Every Number, which publishes this guide, fits when a weekly or monthly export is enough. You download the report as a CSV or Excel file (up to 10 MB), upload it, and get a dashboard where a database counts every number. Every number opens its receipt: the definition, the rows it used, and the rows it left out, such as a totals row.

Drop a file at [everynumber.app/try](/try) with no account and see the dashboard in seconds. Unless you save it, it's deleted after 24 hours. Teams that sign up are free for 30 days, with no card. Planned prices are $29 a month for Solo and $99 for Team, up to 5 people, and nothing is billed yet. The [$99 pilot](/pilot) delivers a dashboard built by a person in 5 business days, and the [export guides](/exports) cover 38 tools.

It is not a connector and doesn't pull data on a schedule. If you need an hourly or daily refresh into a sheet, keep a connector and upload a weekly export of the same report for the review. Every Number is also new (the app opened to everyone on October 25, 2026) and has no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification, so it isn't a fit yet if your company requires one.

## Frequently asked questions

### Is there a free alternative to Coefficient?

Yes, depending on your CRM. Google's Salesforce add-on for Sheets is free of charge and refreshes every 4, 8 or 24 hours. Every HubSpot plan can email supported reports as a CSV or Excel file on a schedule. Coupler.io and Zapier have free plans with limits on rows, sources or tasks, and Every Number is free to try.

### How much does Coefficient cost for a team?

Pro is $99 per user a month billed yearly ($119 monthly), for up to 5 people. Starter, $49 a month billed yearly, is for one person. Enterprise adds premium sources such as NetSuite and Snowflake and is priced through sales.

### Does Coefficient's free plan refresh automatically?

No. The Free plan refreshes by hand, with imports of up to 5,000 rows and 50 import refreshes a month. Coefficient says automatic refreshes need a paid plan: Starter refreshes daily and Pro hourly.

### Can I use a connector and Every Number together?

Yes. Keep the connector for the sheet your team works in daily, and once a week upload the same report as a CSV or Excel file to Every Number, where each number opens its rows. Every Number doesn't connect to your CRM.
