# Coupler.io alternatives for marketers and agencies without a data team (2026)

You set up Coupler.io to copy Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Shopify data into a Google Sheet every morning. Then a client added a fourth ad account, a colleague asked for the same data in Data Studio, or a flow stopped refreshing because one source returned more than 5,000 rows.

Two questions decide your shortlist. Do you need a pipe, a tool that moves data on a schedule, or a dashboard people read? And does your destination already connect to your source for free, as Data Studio does with Google Ads? This guide compares 6 alternatives using official pricing and help pages as of October 29, 2026.

## Do you need a pipe or a dashboard?

Coupler.io is mainly a pipe. It copies rows from more than 400 sources, such as Facebook Ads, HubSpot, Shopify and Xero, into Google Sheets, Excel, Data Studio, Power BI or BigQuery.

- **A pipe** fits when people work in the sheet and build their own formulas and charts.
- **A dashboard** fits when people only read the numbers, so what matters is who can open it and how they check a number.
- **Both** works too: a pipe fills a sheet, and a dashboard reads it.

### Does Data Studio already connect to your source for free?

Data Studio (Google renamed Looker Studio back to Data Studio in April 2026) is available at no charge for creators and report viewers, and its own connectors include Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console and Google Sheets. One data source covers one Google Ads account, or up to 50 sub-accounts under a manager account.

Google Ads and Search Console data refreshes every 12 hours, a rate you can't change. And for Facebook Ads, Bing or Salesforce, Google points you to connectors built by third-party developers. That's the gap Supermetrics, Windsor.ai and Porter Metrics fill. If all your sources are Google products, you may not need a pipe.

## What does Coupler.io cost in 2026?

Coupler.io prices are per plan, not per user. As of October 29, 2026:

| Plan | Yearly (monthly) | Accounts | Rows/run | Refresh |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 1 | 100 | Manual |
| Starter | $24/mo ($32) | 3 | 5,000 | Daily |
| Active | $99/mo ($132) | 15 | Unlimited | Daily |
| Pro | $199/mo ($259) | 50 | Unlimited | Hourly |

Free and Starter include 1 user and 1 destination. Active adds unlimited users and 3 destinations, and Pro has unlimited destinations. Custom plans refresh every 15 minutes, and agencies past 50 accounts talk to sales.

## Why do teams look beyond Coupler.io?

- **Rows per run.** Starter pulls up to 5,000 rows per run from each data source, counted before your filters. When a scheduled flow hits the cap, you get an email and its automatic refresh pauses.
- **Refresh.** Hourly refresh starts on Pro, $199 a month billed yearly.
- **One destination.** On Starter, once your first flow exports to Google Sheets, every flow must use Google Sheets until you upgrade or reconfigure.
- **Seats and accounts.** Starter has 1 user and 3 accounts in total. Facebook Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads already count as 3.
- **A dashboard people read.** Coupler.io's native dashboards come only from templates, can't be customized, and can't be shared with anyone without a Coupler.io account.

## How do the alternatives compare?

Lowest paid plan billed yearly, from official pricing pages as of October 29, 2026. Every Number's price is planned, and nothing is billed yet.

| Option | Lowest paid plan | That plan covers | Free option | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Data Studio | Pro $9/user/project/mo | Support, admin | Free | Dashboard |
| Supermetrics | Starter $39/mo | 2 sources, 2 accounts each | 14-day trial | Pipe |
| Windsor.ai | Basic $19/mo | 3 sources, 75 accounts | Free plan | Pipe |
| Porter Metrics | $12.50/mo | 1 account | Free plan | Pipe |
| Funnel | From $300/mo | 117 connectors | 30-day trial | Pipe, dashboards |
| Every Number | Solo $29/mo planned | Excel or CSV exports | Free to try | Dashboard |

## Which pipe fits a small agency?

**Windsor.ai** Basic is $19 a month billed yearly ($23 monthly) for 3 data sources and 75 accounts in total, with unlimited users. Syncs to Data Studio and Power BI are unlimited on every plan, and Basic allows 5 scheduled syncs to destinations like Google Sheets, each a table updated daily. Hourly syncs start on Standard at $99 a month billed yearly.

**Supermetrics** Starter is $39 a month billed yearly ($49 monthly) for 1 user, 2 data sources, 2 accounts per source and 1 core destination, such as Google Sheets. Growth is $159 a month billed yearly ($199 monthly) for 2 users, 7 data sources and 7 accounts per source. Supermetrics' pricing page doesn't list refresh frequency; check it in the 14-day trial.

**Porter Metrics** charges per connected account, and one subscription covers all your clients. On monthly billing, 1 account is $15 and 3 accounts are $39.99, and yearly billing gives 2 months free. Users, reports and every destination come at no extra cost, and Google Sheets data refreshes hourly or daily depending on the source.

**Funnel** fits when you want the data stored and prepared, not only copied. Plans start from $300 a month billed annually, with 117 connectors, 13 destinations and dashboards you can build and share. It doesn't charge by data volume or row counts.

Or stay put: Coupler.io Active removes the row cap and adds unlimited users for $99 a month billed yearly.

## What does it cost to move 3 ad accounts into Sheets daily?

Say your agency reports on 3 ad accounts for one client: Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Every morning, one person wants the last 90 days by campaign and day in a Google Sheet. At 30 campaigns each, 30 campaigns times 90 days is up to 2,700 rows per account. Yearly cost at yearly billing, as of October 29, 2026:

- **Windsor.ai Basic** fits: 3 sources and 3 of its 5 syncs. $19 a month times 12 is $228.
- **Coupler.io Starter** fits: 3 accounts, 1 destination, and 2,700 rows is under 5,000. $24 times 12 is $288.
- **Porter Metrics** fits at $39.99 a month for 3 accounts. With 2 months free, 10 times $39.99 is $399.90.
- **Supermetrics** Starter covers 2 data sources, so the third needs an extra or Growth. $159 times 12 is $1,908.
- **Funnel** starts from $300 times 12, or $3,600.
- **Data Studio alone** is $0, but only Google Ads connects through Google's own connectors, and the data lands in a report, not your sheet.

Small changes move the answer. A second person editing flows moves Coupler.io to Active: $99 times 12 is $1,188. Windsor.ai Basic already has unlimited users. Pull by ad instead, say 70 ads times 90 days, or 6,300 rows from one account, and that source passes Starter's cap even if you filter most rows out. A second destination, such as Data Studio, rules out Starter, while Windsor.ai and Porter Metrics include it.

## Where does Every Number fit?

Every Number, which publishes this guide, covers only the dashboard half. It has no connectors and doesn't move data on a schedule, so it's not a fit if data must refresh without anyone downloading a file. You upload an export (Excel or CSV, up to 10 MB) and get a dashboard where every number opens its receipt: the definition, the rows it used, and the rows it left out. Fixed rules, not AI, lay out the first screen from your columns, and a database counts every number.

It can sit after a connector: if a pipe fills a Google Sheet, download a copy as Excel or CSV and upload it. For monthly reports, you may not need a pipe: the [export guides](/exports) cover 38 tools, including [Google Search Console](/exports/google-search-console) and [Klaviyo campaigns](/exports/klaviyo-campaigns). For agencies, see [how it works for client reports](/use-cases/agencies).

Try it at [everynumber.app/try](/try) with your own file, no account needed. Unless you save it, it's deleted after 24 hours. Teams that sign up are free for 30 days with no card, and read-only share links can carry an end date. The [$99 pilot](/pilot) delivers a dashboard built by a person in 5 business days. Planned prices are Solo $29 a month and Team $99 a month for up to 5 people. It's new: the app opened to everyone on October 25, 2026, with no customers to quote and no certifications such as SOC 2.

## Frequently asked questions

### Does Coupler.io have a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan covers 1 user, 1 account, 1 destination and manual refresh, with up to 100 rows per run. New accounts start with 7 days of full access.

### What happens when a Coupler.io flow passes 5,000 rows?

On Starter, each data source can return 5,000 rows per run, counted before any filtering. The data still imports, cut off at the limit, and Coupler.io emails you and pauses that flow's automatic refresh.

### Is Supermetrics cheaper than Coupler.io?

Not at the entry level. Supermetrics Starter is $39 a month billed yearly, against $24 for Coupler.io Starter. Supermetrics limits data sources and accounts per source but doesn't bill by data volume. Coupler.io limits total accounts and, on Starter, rows per run.

### Which Coupler.io alternative is free?

Data Studio, if your sources are Google products such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console or Sheets. Windsor.ai's Forever Free plan covers 1 data source and 1 account, and Porter Metrics has a free plan with up to 30 days of history. Every Number is free to try with your own file.

### Can Every Number replace Coupler.io?

No. Every Number has no connectors and doesn't pull data on a schedule. It turns an Excel or CSV export into a dashboard where each number opens its rows, so it can sit after a pipe but not replace one.
