Dashboards for PMO leads
Your portfolio status, built from the tracker you already keep. Every green, amber, and red links to the update behind it.

Each status links to the weekly update behind it · Sample data
PMO leads rebuild the same portfolio view every week, then spend the meeting explaining why a project turned amber. A receipt behind each status ends that argument.
Stop defending the status. Show where it came from.

Status that explains itself
Each project's color links to the update, its date, and the rule that made it amber. Nobody has to ask who decided it was green.

Questions
Something else? Ask us
Our tracker is a messy spreadsheet. Is that okay?
Yes. That's the normal case. We detect merged headers, totals rows, and mixed date formats, and ask when something is unclear.
Can it combine several project sheets?
The pilot covers one spreadsheet. If each project keeps its own sheet, tell us on the call.
Who decides what green means?
You do. On the call we write down the rule for each status, and the dashboard uses exactly that rule.
Is our data safe with you?
Your spreadsheet is used only to build your dashboard and seen by one person. The AI only sees column names and your goal, never the rows. We delete our copy 30 days after the pilot.
What does it cost?
The pilot is $99 once, credited to your first month at launch. After launch, Solo is $29 a month and Team is $99 a month for up to 5 people.
