These terms cover the Every Number pilot. Every Number is run by 309 designLab. Questions: hello@309designlab.com.

What you get

A dashboard of five to seven metrics built from one spreadsheet you send us. Every number comes with its receipt: its definition, the rows behind it, and the checks it passed. You can keep using the dashboard we deliver.

Price and payment

The pilot costs $99, paid before we start. After a 15-minute call to check that your spreadsheet fits, we send you a payment link. A payment provider processes the payment.

Timeline

Your dashboard is ready within 5 business days after we receive both your payment and your spreadsheet.

Refunds

• If we can't build your dashboard, we refund the full $99.
• If you cancel before we start building, we refund the full $99.

Credit at launch

When Every Number launches, your $99 counts toward your first month of a paid plan.

Your data

We use your spreadsheet only to build your dashboard, and we delete it 30 days after your pilot ends unless you keep using Every Number. Details are in our privacy policy.

Limits

The pilot is provided as is. We check every number against your spreadsheet, but you are responsible for the decisions you make with it. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the pilot.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above. The terms you agreed to when you paid still apply to your pilot.
