What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address
• Which version of our headline you saw, and the name of the site you came from or the tag in the link you used
• The time you joined

Right after you join, we ask three optional questions: the plan you would pick, your role, and the numbers you report. We only keep the answers you give.

We also count visits that stay on the page for more than 5 seconds. For each one we record the headline version, the name of the site you came from, and the time. We don't store your IP address with it.

Like most websites, our server keeps access logs that include IP addresses for up to 14 days, for security and troubleshooting. They are not linked to your waitlist entry.

What we don't do

• We don't use cookies.
• We don't use third-party analytics or ad trackers.
• We don't sell or share your data.
• We don't use your data to train AI models.

Why we collect it

To tell you when early access opens, and to decide what to build first.

When you join the waitlist, you agree that we may email you about early access. We only send those emails. Your consent is the legal basis we rely on (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), and you give it by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us or by using the unsubscribe link in any email, and we will delete your entry.

Where it's stored

On Amazon Web Services in Seoul, South Korea. The European Commission recognizes South Korea as providing an adequate level of data protection.

How long we keep it

Until we've told you about early access. Then we delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or to stop hearing from us. Email hello@309designlab.com and we'll reply within one month.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
