Totals rows and blanks don't sneak in.

Real spreadsheets have subtotal rows, blank amounts, duplicates, and mixed date formats. We leave them out and list every row we left out, so nothing disappears quietly.

If “active client” changes from any invoice to a paid invoice, the number is recalculated and the change is written down with its date and its effect.

Know when a number is out of date.

Every number shows the date its data runs through. When a sheet hasn't been updated on schedule, the number says so instead of looking current.

How we build it

Four steps from the decision you make to numbers you can check.

The full walkthrough
  1. 1

    Tell us the decision

Who reads the dashboard, and what they decide with it. We ask on a 15-minute call.

  2. 2

    We propose 5–7 metrics

Each one with a plain-English definition you approve before we build.

  3. 3

We build it from your sheet

We clean what needs cleaning and list every row we leave out.

  4. 4

    Every number gets a receipt

Definition, filters, rows, source, and the date the data runs through.

Your spreadsheet stays yours.

Four promises for every pilot. They're in our privacy policy too.

  • Only for your dashboard. We never use it to train AI.
  • AI never sees your rows.Only your column names and your goal, to suggest metrics.
  • Deleted after 30 days.We delete our copy after the pilot, unless you keep using Every Number.
  • Seen by one person. The person building your dashboard.

Questions

Something else? Ask us

Does the AI make up numbers?

No. The AI suggests what to measure. A database engine calculates every number, and each one links to the rows behind it.

What do I get in the pilot?

A dashboard of five to seven metrics built from your spreadsheet, each with its receipt.

What do I need to send?

One spreadsheet, by email or a shared link. A copy is fine: Excel, Google Sheets, or CSV.

Is a messy spreadsheet okay?

That's the normal case. We detect merged headers, totals rows, and mixed date formats, and ask when something is unclear.

What if you can't build it?

You pay nothing.

When do I pay?

Only if you keep it after 7 days. Applying is free.

Who sees my file?

One person: the person building your dashboard. We delete it 30 days after the pilot unless you keep using Every Number.

Do you train AI on my data?

No. Your spreadsheet is used only to build your dashboard. To suggest metrics, we send only your column names and your goal to Anthropic's API, never the rows. Anthropic doesn't use API data to train its models.

Where is my data stored?

Your application is stored on Amazon Web Services in Seoul, South Korea. Your spreadsheet stays in our email inbox or in the link you shared, plus the work computer of the person building your dashboard. We delete our copy 30 days after the pilot.

When can I use it myself?

Now. Anyone can create an account, and a team you start on your own is free for its first 30 days, no card needed. Payment isn't open yet. The planned prices are $29 a month for Solo and $99 a month for Team, up to 5 people.

Not ready for a pilot?

Try it with your own file first: no account, and we delete it in 24 hours. Or join the waitlist for early-access news.
