How long does the pilot take?
Five business days after we have both your payment and your spreadsheet.
What do I need to send?
One spreadsheet, by email or a shared link. A copy is fine: Excel, Google Sheets, or CSV.
Can I send more than one spreadsheet?
The pilot covers one spreadsheet. If your numbers live in several files, tell us on the call.
When do I pay?
After the 15-minute call, through a payment link. Applying is free.
What if you can't build it?
You get your $99 back.
Can I cancel?
Yes. If you cancel before we start building, we refund the full $99.
What happens to the $99 at launch?
It counts toward your first month of a paid plan.
Does the AI make up numbers?
No. The AI suggests what to measure. A database engine calculates every number, and each one links to the rows behind it.
Who sees my file?
One person: the person building your dashboard. We delete it 30 days after the pilot unless you keep using Every Number.
Do you train AI on my data?
No. Your spreadsheet is used only to build your dashboard. To suggest metrics, we send only your column names and your goal to Anthropic's API, never the rows. Anthropic doesn't use API data to train its models.
What does it cost after launch?
Solo is $29 a month for one person. Team is $99 a month for up to 5 people.
