Klaviyo campaign analytics export to dashboard

Upload the file you already download from Klaviyo. Every Number reads it with no setup, picks a screen, and puts a receipt on every number.

The question behind this file

Which campaigns this month drove the most revenue and clicks per recipient, and are unsubscribe and bounce rates rising?

What you get

Money over time

Money adding up through the month.

Revenue is money and Send Time dates each campaign, so it adds up campaign revenue through the period.

You can switch it to This period vs last, Breakdown, Key numbers under “How it's read”.

Click any number for its receipt: the rule, the rows it used, and the rows it left out.

Getting the file

  1. Download it from Klaviyo

In Klaviyo, open Campaigns, use the menu next to View library, and choose Export Analytics.

    Klaviyo's guide

  2. Know what a row is

One row is one sent campaign (A/B tests: one row per variation plus the winner).

  3. Upload it as it is

No cleanup first. Title rows, totals rows and repeated headers are skipped and listed in each receipt.

How we know

This file is one of the 100 in our reading test. The column names are Klaviyo's; the rows were generated to fit them, since we don't have your file. Your export may have more or fewer columns, and Every Number shows how it read each one before you build.
