Stripe balance report to dashboard

Upload the file you already download from Stripe. Every Number reads it with no setup, picks a screen, and puts a receipt on every number.

The question behind this file

How much net revenue hit our Stripe balance this month, split by charges, refunds, fees and disputes?

What you get

Money over time

Money adding up through the month.

gross is money and created dates each balance transaction, so it adds up the money through the period.

You can switch it to This period vs last, Breakdown, Key numbers under “How it's read”.

Click any number for its receipt: the rule, the rows it used, and the rows it left out.

Getting the file

  1. Download it from Stripe

In the Stripe Dashboard, open Reports, then Balance, and export the itemized balance change from activity as CSV.

    Stripe's guide

  2. Know what a row is

  3. Upload it as it is

How we know

This file is one of the 100 in our reading test. The column names are Stripe's; the rows were generated to fit them, since we don't have your file. Your export may have more or fewer columns, and Every Number shows how it read each one before you build.
