Booxi appointment report to dashboard
Upload the file you already download from Booxi. Every Number reads it with no setup, picks a screen, and puts a receipt on every number.
The question behind this fileHow many appointments per staff member and service were completed, cancelled or no-shows this month, and how much is unpaid?
What you get
By person
One row per person, with their numbers side by side.
Booked By names who handled each appointment, so Duration and Service Duration are compared person by person.
Click any number for its receipt: the rule, the rows it used, and the rows it left out.
Getting the file
Download it from Booxi
In Booxi, go to the Calendar tab, click the More options icon at the top right, then Appointment Report. Set the date range and personnel, choose the detailed report to get every column, and click Export to download a CSV. Only administrators can export appointment reports.
Know what a row is
One row is one appointment.
Upload it as it is
No cleanup first. Title rows, totals rows and repeated headers are skipped and listed in each receipt.

How we know
In our reading test (updated Oct 28, 2026), this file got By person, the screen that answers the question above. The column names are Booxi's; the rows were generated to fit them, since we don't have your file. Your export may have more or fewer columns, and Every Number shows how it read each one before you build.
