Zendesk ticket export to dashboard
Upload the file you already download from Zendesk Support. Every Number reads it with no setup, picks a screen, and puts a receipt on every number.
The question behind this fileAre first reply and full resolution times on target this month, and which groups and channels drive reopens and bad ratings?
What you get
By person
One row per person, with their numbers side by side.
Assignee says who handled each ticket, so reply and resolution times are compared person by person.
Click any number for its receipt: the rule, the rows it used, and the rows it left out.
Getting the file
Download it from Zendesk Support
In Admin Center, click Account, then Tools, then Reports, and export tickets as CSV. Zendesk emails a link to the files. Data export is off by default, so the account owner asks Zendesk to turn it on first.
Know what a row is
One row is one ticket, values as of export time.
Upload it as it is
No cleanup first. Title rows, totals rows and repeated headers are skipped and listed in each receipt.

How we know
This file is one of the 100 in our reading test. The column names are Zendesk Support's; the rows were generated to fit them, since we don't have your file. Your export may have more or fewer columns, and Every Number shows how it read each one before you build.
