ClickUp task export to dashboard

Upload the file you already download from ClickUp. Every Number reads it with no setup, picks a screen, and puts a receipt on every number.

The question behind this file

How many tasks did each assignee close this week, what is overdue, and where did tracked time exceed estimates?

What you get

What's late

Items past their due date, latest first.

Due date marks when each task is due and the status shows what's still open, so it leads with what's late.

You can switch it to By person, Pipeline, Breakdown, This period vs last, Key numbers under “How it's read”.

Click any number for its receipt: the rule, the rows it used, and the rows it left out.

Getting the file

  1. Download it from ClickUp

In ClickUp, click your Workspace avatar, open Settings, then Imports / Exports, and click Export Items. Pick the locations, start the export, and download the CSV.

    ClickUp's guide

  2. Know what a row is

One row is one task or subtask (subtasks linked by Parent ID).

  3. Upload it as it is

No cleanup first. Title rows, totals rows and repeated headers are skipped and listed in each receipt.

How we know

This file is one of the 100 in our reading test. The column names are ClickUp's; the rows were generated to fit them, since we don't have your file. Your export may have more or fewer columns, and Every Number shows how it read each one before you build.
