Front conversations export to dashboard
Upload the file you already download from Front. Every Number reads it with no setup, picks a screen, and puts a receipt on every number.
The question behind this fileHow many conversations did each inbox and teammate handle this week, and how long did first replies and resolutions take?
What you get
By person
One row per person, with their numbers side by side.
Assignee says who handled each conversation, so first response, response and resolution times are compared person by person.
Click any number for its receipt: the rule, the rows it used, and the rows it left out.
Getting the file
Download it from Front
In Front, open the analytics report, use the three-dot menu at the top right, choose Export data, pick the conversations export and CSV, then Export and Download.
Know what a row is
One row is one conversation segment with activity in the period (a conversation can have several segments).
Upload it as it is
No cleanup first. Title rows, totals rows and repeated headers are skipped and listed in each receipt.

How we know
This file is one of the 100 in our reading test. The column names are Front's; the rows were generated to fit them, since we don't have your file. Your export may have more or fewer columns, and Every Number shows how it read each one before you build.
