MaintainX work orders export to dashboard
Upload the file you already download from MaintainX. Every Number reads it with no setup, picks a screen, and puts a receipt on every number.
The question behind this fileHow many work orders were completed on time this month per asset and location, and what did parts and labor cost?
What you get
What's late
Items past their due date, latest first.
Due Date marks when each work order is due, and an empty Completed on shows what's still open, so it leads with what's late.
Click any number for its receipt: the rule, the rows it used, and the rows it left out.
Getting the file
Download it from MaintainX
In MaintainX on the web, select Reporting > Export Data, then Work Orders. Set the Date Range, choose CSV (Excel) and select Export, and the file goes to the download center. Only Administrators on Premium or Enterprise plans can export work orders.
Know what a row is
One row is one work order (parent and sub-work orders both appear).
Upload it as it is
No cleanup first. Title rows, totals rows and repeated headers are skipped and listed in each receipt.

How we know
In our reading test (updated Oct 28, 2026), this file got What's late, the screen that answers the question above. The column names are MaintainX's; the rows were generated to fit them, since we don't have your file. Your export may have more or fewer columns, and Every Number shows how it read each one before you build.
