Microsoft Bookings export to dashboard
Upload the file you already download from Microsoft Bookings. Every Number reads it with no setup, picks a screen, and puts a receipt on every number.
The question behind this fileHow many appointments did each staff member and service get this month, and what revenue did they bring?
What you get
By person
One row per person, with their numbers side by side.
Staff names who handled each booking, so Duration (minutes) and Signed Up Attendees Count are compared person by person.
Click any number for its receipt: the rule, the rows it used, and the rows it left out.
Getting the file
Download it from Microsoft Bookings
In Microsoft 365, select the App launcher, then Bookings. On the Shared Bookings home page, select Export, then on the Export recent data page pick your date range and select Export. The TSV file holds four months of data.
Know what a row is
One row is one booking (group-service bookings share a Booking ID).
Upload it as it is
No cleanup first. Title rows, totals rows and repeated headers are skipped and listed in each receipt.

How we know
In our reading test (updated Oct 28, 2026), this file got By person, the screen that answers the question above. The column names are Microsoft Bookings's; the rows were generated to fit them, since we don't have your file. Your export may have more or fewer columns, and Every Number shows how it read each one before you build.
