PagerDuty incident activity export to dashboard
Upload the file you already download from PagerDuty. Every Number reads it with no setup, picks a screen, and puts a receipt on every number.
The question behind this fileHow many incidents hit each service this month, how fast were they acknowledged and resolved, and how often were people paged at night?
What you get
By person
One row per person, with their numbers side by side.
Resolved by names who handled each incident, so TTA, TTR and TTE are compared person by person.
Click any number for its receipt: the rule, the rows it used, and the rows it left out.
Getting the file
Download it from PagerDuty
In PagerDuty, go to Analytics, then Insights, and select the Incident Activity tab. Set the date range and filters, then click Export CSV. Large reports arrive by email, and Insights needs a Professional plan or higher.
Know what a row is
One row is one incident.
Upload it as it is
No cleanup first. Title rows, totals rows and repeated headers are skipped and listed in each receipt.

How we know
In our reading test (updated Oct 28, 2026), this file got By person, the screen that answers the question above. The column names are PagerDuty's; the rows were generated to fit them, since we don't have your file. Your export may have more or fewer columns, and Every Number shows how it read each one before you build.
