Recurly subscriptions export to dashboard
Upload the file you already download from Recurly. Every Number reads it with no setup, picks a screen, and puts a receipt on every number.
The question behind this fileHow many subscriptions are active, in trial, canceled or expiring, and what is recurring revenue by plan?
What you get
Money over time
Money adding up through the month.
unit_amount is money and current_period_started_at dates each subscription, so it adds up the money through the period.
Click any number for its receipt: the rule, the rows it used, and the rows it left out.
Getting the file
Download it from Recurly
In Recurly, go to Analytics > Exports, select Subscriptions, set the filters and time range, and click Generate Export. When it's done, click Download in the Generated Exports List. Files are ZIP-compressed, stay available for 7 days, and need the Analytics user role permission.
Know what a row is
One row is one subscription (uuid).
Upload it as it is
No cleanup first. Title rows, totals rows and repeated headers are skipped and listed in each receipt.

How we know
In our reading test (updated Oct 28, 2026), this file got Money over time, the screen that answers the question above. The column names are Recurly's; the rows were generated to fit them, since we don't have your file. Your export may have more or fewer columns, and Every Number shows how it read each one before you build.
